Thanks to my VW family for a cracking weekend and to everyone into VW festivals – Dubtoberfest is one for the diary next year. Awesome is the only word to describe the weekend we just had. Thanks to all who made it fun”

Food, drink and fires in the camping areas

Raised fire pits and BBQ’s are allowed in the camping areas but must be disposed of in the designated waste area. No ground fires are allowed anywhere onsite and will be extinguished by our security staff. Please feel free to enjoy your own alcoholic drinks but no bottles or glassware in the licensed bar areas at any time. Please dispose of all waste in the areas provided. No Sky/Chinese lanterns can be bought or used anywhere on site during the weekend. These stipulations are an important part of our licence.

Security

We do not envisage any problems during our festival, however, for everyone’s comfort and safety, we do employ a very discreet security firm to help look after us over the weekend. They will not tolerate any disruptive or abusive behaviour towards staff or fellow festival goers, just loads of good old family fun!

Waste management

We have a number of large skips nearby for all campers, day visitors and traders to dispose of their own waste. Please help us keep the site tidy. It was pretty good in 2016. Thank you!

Well behaved dogs and owners are most welcome! Dogs must be kept on lead at all times, and all ‘doggy business’ must be collected in bags and disposed of in bins. There are drinking bowls around the site and don’t forget our dog agility and show arena is open on Saturday and Sunday. Check this out on the What’s On page.
